Vintage Design

Beautiful and very rare brass floor lamp with three black lacquered metal scale shades ( Model: 74585 ) made by the Malmström brothers for Bröderna Malmströms metallvarufabrik in Malmö in Sweden sun the 1950s.
The elegant shape and design makes this floor lamp an absolute master piece. The design is attributed to Carl-Axel Acking.
Carl-Axel Acking was a regular designer for the Malmström brothers and designed absolute great models for them.
The lamp is in the 1970s rewired and received also in that period new screw fittings ( size E14 ). All three screw fitting can separately be switched on/off.
The diameter of the scales is 27cm or 10,6 Inches and all three adjustable.
Allover the floor lamp is in good and original condition and marked.
