Decorative art glass vase from the "Pfauenauge" (Peacock butterfly) collection in cranberry red with yellow "paint fleck" and bubble inclusions, clear glass handle, designed by Erwin Eisch at Glasbläserei Eisch Frauenau between 1975 and 1999. Erwin Eisch is a pioneer of the Studio Glass Movement in Germany and one of the most renowned European glass designers of the 20th century. Hand-engraved inscription "EISCH HÜTTE" on the bottom of the vase. In perfect condition.
