It has a polished and silicon-coated finish. Please contact us. The fffffolding mask represents a collection of wall-mounted shelves, each edition conceives a distinctive visage. It tells two narratives: they function as practical storage spaces within domestic environments while simultaneously embodying the enigmatic essence of an unidentified individual. By seamlessly blending functionality with abstract narrative, this piece beckons the observer to engage intimately with the object, integrating it into their daily life. Crafted from a 5mm aluminum plate, each shelf is meticulously cut, bent, and polished by hand, imbuing it with tactile allure. Yoon Shun (KR) dedicates his efforts to exploring the intricate connection between the functional context and abstract narrative within objects. He seeks the hidden beauty beneath the surface, infusing his creations with meticulous attention to detail, subtlety, and patience. His sculptural process involves balancing rationality and sensibility, fineness and brutalism, allowing him to navigate the creative journey thoughtfully and contemplatively. Shun graduated from the Royal Academy of Art, Netherlands in 2020.
