Blue Rose is an original contemporary artwork realized by Giacomo Porzano in 1970s. Colored etching. Hand-signed on the lower right. Numbered on the lower left. Edition 2/50 Giacomo Porzano was born in Lerici on November 21, 1925 and died in Pescosolido on May 19, 2006. Since 1958 he lives and works in Rome. His first exhibition in Rome was held at the gallery «L'Obelisco» in 1958. He exhibited in numerous galleries in Italy and abroad. His works appear in public and private collections, Italian and foreign. In 1968 he participated in the XXXIV Biennale Internazionale in Venice (personal room). In 1975 the Galleria Civica d'Arte Moderna in Palermo hosted a fundamental anthological exhibition. His work has been taken care of by the most important newspapers and critics. Very important is his graphic activity, even in volumes, and collaboration with newspapers and magazines with illustrations
