Superb pair of candlesticks in gilded bronze, electrified, representing putti of the Italian Renaissance supporting horns of abundance forming bougie.
These cherubs represent the children of the Bacchus god. They look at each other aside, slightly dressed in drapes and wear crowns of vine leaves accompanied by grape bunches on their curly hair.
Each of these sculptures rests on a circular white marble base, surrounded by a garland of pearls in the pure Louis XVI style, supported by four elegant bronze feet.
Refined and graceful, these gilded bronze lamps will delight lovers of art objects with mythological inspirations.
