Fine Louis XV chest of drawers from the 18th century.

France.
Mid -18th century

Dimensions: H x W x D: 82 x 124 x 62 cm (measured on the plate).

Excellent, three -sided Louis XV chest of drawers.

On the front we see four drawers in three rows, all in the same manner through opposite masvering directions and veneered in the field of diagonally. The base is pulled down in the middle.
The handles and keyhole fittings made of fire -gown bronze are in a splendid contrast to the reserved wood. Further fittings have been dispensed with, as well as contrasting marketers.
The curved pilgrims form the feet in the front in the front and gently lead over to the diamond -shaped veneer.

The upper end is the loose placed plated red marble.

Cleaned piece of furniture in a pleasing proportion.

Condition:
Processed condition. Wind cracks in the drawer floors were closed, the fittings were cleaned and the shellac polish was refreshed.
