Vintage Design

Very beautiful and refined chandelier attributable to the "Medusa" series by Ercole Barovier and Cesare Toso, Murano manufacture from the late 1930s. Twisted glass structure, with a straight rod above and oval below, which frames the single flared cup diffuser in transparent glass, embellished with relief applications of wavy rope in pink glass, arranged according to horizontal circumferences. Same decoration on the rosette and on the conical element at the bottom. The fittings are in golden brass. Wear consistent with age and use.
