We are delighted to offer for sale this very nice French Giltwood convex mirror made in the Regency nautical style This mirror is part of a suite of nine wall mirrors I purchased from an estate sale, the owner had each one restored as required and they were used to make up a really distinctive wall display of mirrors This is a good looking and decorative piece, the frame is gilt plaster over wood which was popular from the late Victorian era onwards, it has age related splits all over Dimensions Height:- 49 cm Width:- 49 cm Depth:- 2 cm CONDITION Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade
