The leopard Zola is from a series of Art Nouveau fine porcelain figurines modeled by Hans Behrens in 1904 for Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg. This lifelike piece has been in production since 1904, and this particular example dates to the 1960s. Nymphenburg was founded in 1747 as the porcelain manufacturer for Bavarian royalty. Today, it remains Europes best-kept secret, representing the pinnacle of luxury bespoke china. Renowned for over 260 years of collaboration with artists, Nymphenburg creates timeless table services and artistic objects.
