We are delighted to offer this absolutely exquisite original Regency circa 1810-1820 hand carved gilded gesso wall mirror with oversized eagle top This is a very decorative and beautifully carved Regency mirror. I has a gilded gesso finish which is period and correct. The glass plate is lightly foxed and bevelled around the edge We have lightly cleaned and the frame and glass and that’s it, this is a special piece that needs to be seen to be appreciated Dimensions Height:- 93.5cm Width:- 50.5cm Depth:- 9cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
